Coiled Sculpture: Organicity & Clay with Josh Herman, Fall

Saturdays from 10am - 12pm, October 26th - November 23rd.

In this unique course, you'll explore the art of coiling to create expressive and organic sculptures, while embracing the principle of Organicity—the idea that creativity flows naturally when we trust the process. Over several sessions, you’ll learn foundational coiling techniques, allowing your hands to guide the clay as you build and shape your sculpture. Emphasis will be placed on listening to your intuition, honoring the natural rhythms of your creative process, and allowing your sculpture to emerge organically.

This course is perfect for both beginners and experienced artists who want to deepen their connection to their work and explore a more mindful approach to your creativity. By the end, you’ll not only have a finished piece but also a deeper understanding of how to align your creative process with the principles of Organicity

The cost for this 4 week course is $450
