Refund Policy for Services:

Once services are booked and confirmed, cancellations are not eligible for refunds. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we're happy to work with you to reschedule your appointment whenever possible.

Our refund policy is designed to be clear and fair for all our customers. The details are as follows:

  • Refunds for Cancellations Made More Than 14 Days Before the Event:

    • Customers who cancel their booking more than 14 days prior to the event date are eligible for a full refund (100%).

  • Refunds for Cancellations Made Between 14 and 7 Days Before the Event:

    • Customers who cancel their booking between 14 and 7 days prior to the event date are eligible for a partial refund of 50%.

  • Refunds for Cancellations Made Within 7 Days of the Event:

    • Customers who cancel their booking within 7 days of the event date are not eligible for a refund (0%).

Product Returns:

All sales of our tools and merchandise are considered final. We take pride in the quality and integrity of our products, ensuring they meet the highest standards for our customers.

However, if you receive a damaged product due to shipping or handling, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to resolving any issues promptly.
