INTRODUCTION TO HAND-BUILDING with Josh Herman

Introduction to the basic techniques of hand-building assembly including coil building, slab building, surface treatments, and the hand carving technique of Kurinuki.

the cost for this 6 week course is $400.

This is a 6 week course taught by Tao of Clay founder Josh Herman. It is a 2 hour class held on Thursday nights from 6-8 pm.

Students enrolled in paid courses have limited access to the studio for practice during specified hours. To ensure availability, it's advisable to check the calendar on the student portal before planning studio practice sessions.
