Voluntary Assumption of Risk & Ticket Terms
By purchasing a ticket to this event (for yourself or on behalf of any guest), you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Assumption of Risk: You understand that participation in this gathering, which includes food and beverages, and the receipt of ceramic ware, involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of illness, injury, or property damage. By attending, you voluntarily assume all such risks for yourself and any guests you purchase tickets for.
- Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless the venue, its owners, staff, volunteers, organizers, affiliates, and contractors from any and all claims, demands, actions, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with your attendance at the event, including consumption of food and drink and use of any provided ceramic ware.
- Venue Rules & Removal: You agree to comply with all venue rules and policies as outlined in our Terms & Conditions. The organizers reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or otherwise inconsistent with a safe and enjoyable environment. Removal from the event does not entitle you to a refund.
- Ticket Policy: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except as expressly allowed by the organizers. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, the organizers will provide notice and instructions regarding next steps.
- Photography & Media: By attending, you acknowledge that photography, audio, or video may be taken during the event, and you grant the organizers the right to use such media for promotional purposes without compensation.
