Physical Items

All physical items, including tools, food and beverage, merchandise, and retail products, are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any physical items purchased in our shop or online.


Classes and Workshops

Refund and cancellation policies may vary by class or workshop. Participants are responsible for reviewing the cancellation and refund terms listed on the applicable class or workshop registration page prior to purchase.

In the absence of a specific cancellation or refund policy, the following default policy applies:

All registrations and purchases are final. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or unused registrations, for any reason.

 

Membership Subscriptions

All memberships are non-refundable and non-prorated. Memberships are recurring and automatically renew unless canceled in advance. It is the responsibility of the subscriber to cancel their membership prior to the next billing date if they wish to end their subscription.
