Shipping policy

At Tao of Clay, we are primarily a studio-based business, and we do not regularly ship physical items. However, in special cases where shipping is offered, the following terms apply:

Limited Shipping Availability

Shipping is only offered on select items and is not guaranteed for all products or purchases. Availability of shipping is determined on a case-by-case basis and is at the sole discretion of Tao of Clay.

 

Processing and Handling

When shipping is available, items will be carefully packed and shipped using standard carriers. While we do our best to package items securely, ceramics are inherently fragile, and we cannot guarantee the condition in which they arrive once they leave our facility.

 

Release of Liability

Once a package has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Tao of Clay is no longer responsible for any damage, loss, delay, or other issues related to the shipment. All risk transfers to the recipient upon delivery to the carrier.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If you are concerned about these risks, we recommend arranging for in-person pickup whenever possible.

 

Shipping Costs

All shipping costs, including packaging, postage, and optional insurance, are the responsibility of the customer. Any custom duties, taxes, or import fees are also the responsibility of the recipient.
