This February 14, Azuki Sushi and Josh Herman Ceramics come together at Tao of Clay for a one night, sensory driven experience that marries the craft of sushi with the artistry of handmade ceramics. Each course is served on custom Josh Herman pieces made exclusively for the evening, designed to honor the beauty of the ingredients shared. As part of this collaboration, each couple will receive a one of a kind sake set handcrafted by Josh Herman Ceramics to take home. Throughout the night, guests will enjoy a curated sake pairing served in these vessels, deepening our understanding of the connection between flavor, form, and connection. 

More than a dinner, this evening marks a dream project between two creatives who first connected over ceramics and food more than a decade ago.  It celebrates years of quiet honing, shared values, and a deep commitment to craft, community, and collaboration.

Enjoy a special closing presentation as our chef and artist come together in real time to create your final course.
