Join Tao of Clay and Mabel’s Gone Fishing for an immersive evening celebrating the craftsmanship, creativity, and connection between the culinary and ceramic arts.

For three hours, the Tao of Clay studio will transform into a lively gathering place for a roaming, Spanish-inspired pintxos experience featuring fresh oysters, live grilling, botanical cocktails, and Basque cider. Throughout the evening, guests will be invited to move through the space, taste, explore, and connect with the artists and chefs behind the experience.

The evening is a celebration of the ingredients, objects, and people that make a meal memorable.

Throughout the Evening

• Fresh oysters and live oyster-shucking demonstrations
• A Spanish-inspired pintxos menu, with a focus on seafood, fish, and bread-based bites
• Live outdoor grilling
• One gin & tonic included with each ticket
• Basque cider throughout the event
• Artist-made ceramics used throughout the meal
• Conversations with the artists and chefs behind the experience
• A handcrafted oyster bowl to take home

Each guest will receive a handcrafted oyster bowl by Ava DeCapri of Trapdoor Studio. Every bowl is handmade and glazed using custom reclaimed oyster shells sourced directly from the kitchen of Mabel’s Gone Fishing,  transforming a byproduct of the meal into a functional ceramic object to take home.

The Studio Table is an invitation to slow down, gather, and experience the relationship between food, craft, and community.

Important Registration Information

This is a 21+ event. All guests must be 21 or older. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry. Please bring your ID with you to the event.

Due to the nature of the menu and the format of the event, we are unable to accommodate individual dietary modifications or special menu requests. Please review the menu style before purchasing your ticket.

Each ticket includes one gin & tonic and Basque cider throughout the event.
